The “off／on mirror” is another animated item that could be used with a bureau. It is a quite personal object. Not like a normal makeup mirror hidden in a bag or in a drawer, the redesigned mirror is relatively invisible and unpredictable.
In the OFF position, it is hidden behind the form of a table decoration in a working environment. Just a simple push could change it into the ON position. A tilt switch inside the mirror detects the angle changes and generates a current, which make the electrochromic film translate immediately from white to the transparent state. Then the mirror behind the film will show itself to users.
